Here is a poster I have tried to describe the criteria that are met to consider him as \u201ca dangerous Psychopath\u201d from a Psychiatric point of view.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Hare Psychopathy Checklist Revised (PCL-R) is a commonly used diagnostic tool designed to access a person\u2019s degree of Psychopathy that explicitly entails persistent and serious criminal behaviour. With the score of more than 25 is considered as \u2018psychopathy or psychopath\u2019. In the case of Wirathu, he has a minimum score of 28 putting him under the category of \u201cDangerous and Severe Personality Disorder\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Followings are the criteria Wirathu meets in PCL-R:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. Glib and Superficial charm<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Soft spoken and charming face<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Grandiose (exaggeratedly high) estimation of self<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 regards himself as a protector of Buddhism<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Need for stimulation<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 government and extremist political &amp; religious organizations use as a leading figure against Rohingya and Myanmar Muslims in general<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Pathological Lying<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 constantly denies any role in Muslim hatred &amp; genocide against Rohingya<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Cunning &amp; Manipulativeness<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Blames Rohingya and Myanmar Muslims instead, for anti-Muslim and anti-Rohingya violence<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Shallow affect (superficial emotional responsiveness)<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 visited to the Muslim victims of his 969 (now Ma Ba Tha) gang\u2019s attack in Meiktila<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. Lack of remorse or guilt<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 feels no regrets on what he says and does against Islam<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8. Lack of empathy<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 calls to expel the most persecuted people of the world, Rohingya<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. Parasitic lifestyle<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 heavily depends on the supports of the government and extremist organizations and elements<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10. Lack of realistic long-term goals<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 unrealistic vision of creating Muslim-free country<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>11. Impulsivity<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 acts without reflection of consequences<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>12. Failure to accept responsibility for own actions<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 disregards the influence of his hate campaign in spreading Islamophobia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>13.
